Go to PushPilot → Audience and click the Subscribers tab.
Subscriber Summary #
At the top of the page you will see four summary cards that give you a quick overview of your audience.
| Card | What it Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Subscribers | Everyone who has subscribed on your website |
| Active Subscribers | Subscribers with a recent browser session who will receive notifications |
| New Today | Subscribers who joined today |
| New This Month | Subscribers who joined this month |
Each card also shows a comparison to the previous period so you can track your growth over time.

Subscriber Table #
Below the summary cards you will see a table listing every subscriber. Here is what each column means:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | A unique number assigned to each subscriber |
| Status | Active or Inactive. Active subscribers receive notifications. Inactive means no browser session in the last 7 days |
| Platform | Device type such as Windows, Android or Web |
| Country | Where the subscriber is located |
| Language | Their browser language |
| Test Device | Toggle to mark a subscriber as a test device for testing notifications |
| Subscribed Date | Date and time they opted in |
| Last Session | Last time they were active in their browser |
| Timezone | Their local timezone |
Viewing Individual Subscriber Details #
Click the eye icon in the Actions column next to any subscriber to open their full profile.

The Subscriber Details panel is divided into three sections:
Basic Information
- FCM Token — the unique identifier used to deliver notifications to this device
- Country, Language and Timezone
Engagement
- Subscribed Date and Last Session
- Notifications Received, Seen, Opened and Clicked
- Engagement Rate and Last Engagement date
Recent Notifications
- A list of the last notifications sent to this subscriber showing the title, status, whether it was clicked, and the date
Removing a Subscriber #
Click the bin icon in the Actions column to permanently delete a subscriber from your list.
