How to View Your Billing History #
You can view all your past payments and transactions from the Billing section in the Console.
Steps
- Log in to the PushPilot Console.
- Click Billing in the left sidebar.
You will see a table listing all your transactions with the following details: date of payment, which license the payment applies to, description of the transaction (such as Renewal or Upgrade), amount paid, payment status (Success or Failed), and the Transaction ID.
Use this page to track your payments or verify any charge.
Viewing Detailed History for a Specific License #
If you want to see the full history of a specific license, click on that license from the Billing page.
This page shows the current plan, status, subscriber usage, and expiry date, along with a timeline of all events on the license such as upgrades and renewals. It also displays the payment gateway, Order ID, and Transaction ID for each event, and lists all transactions linked to that license.
If you see a transaction you do not recognize or have a payment issue, raise a support ticket by going to Console → Support → New Ticket and include the Transaction ID.
