If you need more subscribers, you can upgrade your license to a higher plan at any time. Any remaining value on your current plan is automatically applied as a credit, so you only pay the difference.
Step 1 – Go to the License Page #
Log in to the PushPilot Console and click License in the menu. You will see all your licenses listed with their plan, status, expiry date and actions.
Step 2 – Click Upgrade #
Find the license you want to upgrade and click the Upgrade button in the Actions column. The Upgrade button is only visible on licenses that are not already on the highest plan.
Step 3 – Select a Plan #
On the Upgrade Your License page you will see a summary of your current license showing the license key, current plan, usage, domain, valid till date and push balance.
Below that, select the plan you want to upgrade to:
- Starter – 25,000 subscribers
- Growth – 50,000 subscribers
- Professional – 75,000 subscribers
- Business – 100,000 subscribers
Step 4 – Select Duration #
Choose how long you want the new plan for:
- 12 Months (includes 2 months free)
- 24 Months (includes 5 months free, best value)
Step 5 – Review the Order Summary #
The Order Summary on the right shows:
- New plan name
- Duration selected
- Base price
- Credit Applied (remaining value from your current plan, shown as a deduction)
- Amount you pay today
The push balance from your current plan is automatically applied as a credit reducing what you pay. For example if your push balance is Rs. 2,988 and the new plan costs Rs. 4,490, you only pay Rs. 1,502 today.
Click Complete Upgrade when you are ready.
Step 6 – Complete Payment #
The payment page is secured by Cashfree Payments. You can pay using:
- UPI (scan QR code or enter UPI ID)
- Wallets
- Net Banking
- Card
After Upgrade #
Your new subscriber capacity is available immediately after payment. Your license in the License section will now show the updated plan name.
Three things to know about upgrading:
- Instant Access – Your new subscriber capacity is available immediately after upgrade.
- Time Resets on Upgrade – The duration restarts from the day you upgrade. You will get exactly the duration you selected.
- Unused Value Applied – The remaining value of your current plan is automatically deducted from the upgrade cost. No money is wasted.
