Refund Policy

At PushPilot Notifications, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refund requests are handled.


1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans purchased for the first time. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible under this guarantee.


2. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Renewal payments where the renewal period has already commenced
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Accounts terminated due to misuse, piracy, or fraudulent activity
  • Plan upgrades where unused credit has already been carried forward to the new plan
  • Referral credits and promotional discounts applied to a purchase are non-refundable
  • Free plan accounts have no billing and are therefore not applicable for refunds

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you were charged incorrectly or a duplicate charge occurred due to a fault on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of the incorrectly charged amount with no deductions. Please contact us with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.


4. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade a plan, your unused value is automatically converted to credit and applied to your new plan. No refund is issued for the difference as the credit is carried forward.


5. Cancellations

Once your cancellation request is processed by our team, future billing will be stopped. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

If you cancel within 30 days of your first purchase and have not violated our Terms of Service, you are eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee.


6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, write to us with the subject line: Refund Request.

Please include the following:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your license key or order ID
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or details that support your request

We will review your request and respond within 7 working days.


7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Refunds are processed through Cashfree Payments and are subject to their processing timelines.

Payment Gateway Charges

When a refund is processed, the payment gateway fees charged by Cashfree at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable. The refund amount you receive will be the amount paid minus any applicable gateway processing fees.

Example: If you paid Rs. 249 and the gateway fee was Rs. 10, you will receive Rs. 239 as a refund.

This does not apply to refunds issued for duplicate or incorrect charges, which are refunded in full.

These charges are levied by Cashfree and are outside our control. By making a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
