Go to PushPilot → Analytics and click the Subscribers tab.
This report shows how your audience is growing over time and gives you a breakdown of who your subscribers are.
Summary Metrics #
At the top you will see five summary cards, each compared to the previous period.
| Metric | What it Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Subscribers | Everyone who has ever subscribed on your website |
| Active Subscribers | Subscribers with a recent browser session |
| Inactive Subscribers | Subscribers with no session in the last 7 days |
| Unsubscribed | Subscribers who have opted out |
| New (Period) | New subscribers gained in the selected period |
Date Filter #
Use the filter buttons to change the time period:
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last 90 Days
- Custom Range
Subscriber Growth Over Time #
The Subscriber Growth Over Time chart plots three lines across your selected date range:
- New — New subscribers gained each day
- Unsubscribed — Subscribers lost each day
- Net Growth — The overall daily change
Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact numbers for that date.
Key Metrics #
Below the chart you will see two key performance indicators:
Growth Rate — How fast your subscriber base is growing compared to the previous period.
Active Rate — The percentage of your total subscribers who are currently active.
Demographics #
The Demographics section gives you a breakdown of your audience across four categories.
Device Split between Desktop and Mobile subscribers shown as a donut chart.
Language Top 10 languages used by your subscribers shown as a donut chart.
Platform Breakdown by operating system such as Windows, Android and Web with subscriber count and percentage for each.
Browser Breakdown by browser such as Firefox, Chrome and Chrome Mobile with subscriber count and percentage for each.
Country Top 10 countries your subscribers are located in with subscriber count and percentage for each.
Export Data #
Click Export Data at the top right to download a CSV of your subscriber analytics for the selected period.
