If you need help with anything, you can contact the PushPilot support team directly from the Console.

Step 1: Go to Support #

Log in to the PushPilot Console and click Support in the left sidebar. If you have not raised a ticket before, you will see a screen that says “No tickets yet.” Click Create First Ticket to get started.

Step 2: Fill in the Ticket Details #

A form will appear on the right side. Fill in the following:

Subject: a short title describing your issue. License Key: required for any technical issues, found under the License section in the Console. Site URL: the website where you have the plugin installed. Description: describe your issue in as much detail as possible.

Step 3: Create the Ticket #

Once you have filled in the details, click Create Ticket.

Step 4: Track and Reply #

After your ticket is created, it will appear in the left panel. Click on any ticket to open the conversation and reply directly to the support team. Each ticket shows its current status as Open or Resolved.

Accessing Support from WordPress

You can also reach support directly from your WordPress admin by going to PushPilot → Support. This takes you to the same support section in the Console.

Sales or Enterprise Enquiries

Write to us at hello@pushpilot.in and we will get back to you.

Note: Support can reset the domain binding on a license if you need to move it to a different website. Include your license key and both the old and new site URLs in your ticket.
