Click Download Import Template at the top right of the page. This gives you a CSV file with the correct column structure. Open it and fill in your subscriber data following the format provided.
Step 2 — Upload Your File
Drag and drop your completed CSV file into the upload area, or click to browse and select the file from your computer.
Step 3 — Validate

| Total Rows | Total rows found in your file |
| Valid Rows | Rows that are correctly formatted |
| Duplicates | Rows that already exist in your subscriber list |
| Errors | Rows with formatting problems |
You will also need to choose how to handle duplicates:

- Overwrite All — Replaces existing records completely
Choose the option that suits your situation and click Start Import.
Step 4 — Import Complete
Once finished you will see a confirmation screen showing how many subscribers were Imported, Skipped and Failed.
